Here at Pepper Resort, we want you to love your swimwear. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear purchases are final and non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a swimwear item that is not in perfect condition or has a defect, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to assist with a return or exchange for the defective garment. For any questions or concerns, our customer service team is here to help. Thank you for understanding!
